Home Health Nurse (RN or LPN)
About The Position
Giving Home Health Care has been supporting individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy since 2012. We focus on personalized, in-home care and are committed to assisting those who have dedicated their careers to vital roles. We are a fast-growing, leading provider serving patients across multiple states. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence. Patients accepted into the program have no expiration for this benefit, allowing caregivers to build lasting relationships with patients for years. The role involves advocating for patients and working one-on-one to provide necessary care, collaborating with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and physicians. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
Requirements
- RN or LPN license

Responsibilities
