We specialize in Pediatric Care for children with tracheostomies, ventilators, seizure disorders, and other complex medical needs, and Adult Care for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents facing injuries such as spinal cord damage, TBI, orthopedic injuries, and more. We have immediate needs for private duty nurses (RNs or LPNs) in the Wixom area to provide home care to pediatric patients. Our pediatric population ranges in ages from birth to 21 years of age. Weekly Pay, $28.00 - $33.00 per hour. Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
• Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
• Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
• Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
• Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team
