About The Position
As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you’ll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident (MVA), you’ll be making a meaningful difference every day. Centria is the leading provider of Private Duty Nursing in Michigan, specializing in high-acuity care for clients with chronic respiratory conditions, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. We are currently looking for dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our team for several immediate openings in your area.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan.
- A compassionate heart and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred.
- Trach/Vent knowledge is helpful, but we will train motivated candidates!
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (Trach/Vent management, G-Tube/GJ-Tube feedings, medication administration).
- Monitor and document vitals and symptoms within our integrated EMR system.
- Assist with ADLs (repositioning, hygiene, and mobility).
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure superior patient outcomes.
