Requirements

• Active RN license (Nebraska or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience with OASIS preferred
• Experience with catheter management, wound care, and IV therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of therapists, CNAs, and providers
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and care plans
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on independence and safety
