About The Position
Home Health Marketer develops referral relationships throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties to increase awareness of Care Essentials home health services. This position educates referral sources, strengthens community partnerships, and helps ensure timely, appropriate patient transitions into home health services. Come join our team and help us grow! Care Essentials Home Health takes pride in taking care of our staff, as a small agency growing in the Inland Empire we are looking to add a marketer to our team to help manage our community referral sources.
Requirements
- 2+ years home health marketing
- Medicare home health experience
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Existing Inland Empire relationships preferred
