Hospice or healthcare marketing experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop lasting relationships with physicians, hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other community partners.
Educate referral sources on hospice eligibility and the Medicare Hospice Benefit.
Represent Four Pillars Hospice with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
Identify new opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
Collaborate daily with our clinical and operational leaders to ensure every promise made can be delivered.
