About The Position

Actively Hiring Private Duty Licensed Vocational Nurses for 2-4 hour short shifts. Cheer Health Care is looking for dedicated LVNs to provide high-quality skilled care to the elderly and disabled. Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license.
• Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Proof of Negative TB result.
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid California driver's license and insurance.
• Cell phone with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers.
• Educate clients on their diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding.
• Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, and managing chronic conditions.
• Provide and document care in a highly organized manner.
