About The Position
Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Snohomish County. This Medicare-certified, 5-star rated agency is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated LPN to join their Home Health team. The role involves providing meaningful, one-on-one patient care in patients' homes, offering opportunities to work with a variety of medical needs and gain complex care experience. Requirements
- Washington LPN license (current and in good standing)
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care such as wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management
- Conduct skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation
- Deliver patient and caregiver education and support
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for cohesive, quality care
- On-call rotations required
