About The Position

Serve as the friendly, trusted face guiding families into Home Care Services. Build and maintain strong referral relationships, driving brand awareness and new client acquisition. Nurture long-term partnerships with existing sources. Ensure a seamless admissions process by collaborating across departments. Stay knowledgeable about AccordCare’s services, requirements, and standards. Drive synergy between referral sources, customers, and the internal care team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in healthcare, private home care, or a related field.
  • Proven customer service and sales skills with a relationship-first approach.
  • Analytical, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • Strong communicator with families, partners, and team members.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Port Saint Lucie and surrounding areas.
  • Requires a screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
