The organization is seeking an experienced and motivated Intake Coordinator for a full-time, in-office role at their Federal Way location. Extended intake coverage until 6:00 p.m. is crucial for operations.

Requirements

Knowledge of insurance reimbursement process
Effective data entry skills

Oral/written communication skills
Good communications, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
Possess a valid driver’s license and insurance
Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology

Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of the patient/client intake process
Assisting members of the intake/admissions team
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
Assuring compliance of physician orders, pre-authorizations, and patient/client visits
Directing all daily patient/client referral and intake operations
Maintaining comprehensive working knowledge of community resources
Gathering and tracking referral sources
Assisting in identifying opportunities for additional/improved services and methods
Auditing and monitoring documentation for accuracy and completion
Consistently representing Signature Healthcare at Home with integrity and professionalism
Adhering to HIPAA regulations
Performing other duties and activities as delegated by the Administrator/Clinical Manager
