About The Position

This is a senior clinical leadership position responsible for overseeing home health operations. The role requires a strong understanding of Medicare-certified home health, clinical management, and staff supervision to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted license in the State of Florida.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of home health leadership experience as a Clinical Manager and/or Director of Nursing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Medicare-certified home health operations, Conditions of Participation, OASIS, plans of care, clinical documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and supervising clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, therapists, and other clinical personnel.
  • Proven experience with clinical operations, staffing, utilization management, quality assurance, survey readiness, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of home health billing readiness and the impact of clinical documentation, physician orders, authorizations, and other clinical requirements on reimbursement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve clinical and operational issues, and hold staff accountable for performance expectations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems required.
