Oversees daily home health operations including but not limited to staffing, timekeeping, and payroll. Manages census growth and maintains referral source relationships. Plans and delivers clinical nurse education, in-services, and continued education to ensure competency of all staff. Ensures compliance with all state and federal agencies including but not limited to CMS, The Joint Commission, LDH, and meets all payer requirements. Monitors star ratings, PEPPER Scores, and Press Ganey and develops improvement strategies. Prepares and monitors Home Health stats to ensure timely billing and proper reimbursements. Plans and executes Home Health budget, finances, and strategic planning to ensure growth.
