We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) in San Marcos, TX to lead our home health team in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This key leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and the development of a high-performing nursing team. Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2–3 years of home health experience required
- Homecare Homebase EMR experience strongly preferred
- Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Provide overall clinical leadership and supervision of home health services
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Oversee patient care planning, case management, and quality assurance programs
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives
