Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Homecare Homebase EMR experience strongly preferred
- Previous home health or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Mentor and supervise nursing staff to maintain excellence in patient care
- Assist with care planning, case management, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
