Requirements
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, Home Care Home Base software
- MUST BE LOCATED IN ILLINOIS!
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree, preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain and Manage Pre Ortho Program data set
- Maintain and monitor Recertification process within Preferred Provider team
- Assist with orders follow up
- Communicate with patients regarding Pre Ortho Program Welcome Calls/Follow Up calls to patients active and pending
- Assist Sales team with referral hand off
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
