Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment
- A compassionate, patient-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful patient care
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or support up to 50 pounds, including assisting with patient transfers and moving equipment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes within the assigned territory
