Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment
• A compassionate, patient-first mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful patient care
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or support up to 50 pounds, including assisting with patient transfers and moving equipment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes within the assigned territory
