Home Health Clinical Manager
About The Position
Puget Sound Home Health is hiring a Home Health Clinical Manager for its Tumwater, Washington office, serving the greater Thurston, Grays Harbor, and Mason County area. The role requires experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency and OASIS training. The manager oversees clinical operations, regulatory compliance, referrals, patient records and care, and supports staff development. Some direct patient care and on-call duties are required. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience.
- At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience with OASIS training.
- Current BLS certification.
- Washington state license.
- Licensed and insured driver.
- Knowledge of Medicare COPs, PDGM, and VBP.
Nice To Haves
- BSN degree preferred.
- Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with home health and hospice laws and regulations.
- Review referrals and manage assignments.
- Oversee patient charts and clinical courses.
- Assist with staff training, hiring, and mentoring.
- Participate in QAPI, OASIS review, and coding workflow.
- Provide some direct patient care and perform on-call duties.
