About The Position
We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health Clinical Director position. This role is also commonly called the Director of Patient Services in many home health agencies. The Clinical Director oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the home health department and helps ensure quality patient care, compliance, and staff support.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
- At least 2 years of current or recent home health experience
- Experience treating Medicare patients in the home setting
- Strong OASIS documentation skills
- Management experience in any healthcare setting
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Homecare Homebase software preferred
