What You’ll Do As our Home Health Care RN Clinical Manager , you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. Requirements

  • Active MI RN license
  • 2–3 years of clinical experience in home health, hospice, or a related field
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (or a strong desire to grow into it)
  • Solid understanding of OASIS and home health regulations
  • A calm, confident communication style and a knack for problem‑solving
  • Comfort with EMR systems and clinical workflows
  • A genuine passion for supporting patients and empowering staff
  • Ability to work in the field as needed
