Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a genuine compassion for others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, home health, or personal care experience preferred
- CNA certification is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
- Follow individualized care plans with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with the care team
