Home Health and Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health and Home Hospice role. This position offers a mixed caseload of home health and hospice patients and is ideal for an RN who enjoys building strong patient relationships and working independently in the field. This is a field-based position seeing home health and hospice patients where you will manage your own daily patient visit schedule and provide skilled nursing care in the home setting. You will be supported by an experienced and collaborative clinical team, focusing on meaningful one-on-one patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
- At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience
- Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Responsibilities
