About The Position

BrightStar Care is currently seeking experienced Home Health Aides to provide dependable, compassionate support to clients in their homes throughout Southside Columbus area. We are looking for caregivers who take pride in their work, communicate well, and can provide quality care while working independently. Our Home Health Aides help clients maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life in their own homes. Every assignment is an opportunity to provide meaningful assistance while building trust with the people we serve.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in home care, home health, or a related caregiving field
• A valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete required background and drug screening
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently
• A dependable and professional approach to client care
