About The Position
HomeCentris Home Health is seeking experienced Home Health Aides to provide quality care to Medicare skilled homecare services in clients' homes. The Home Health Aide (HHA) will perform personal care duties for convalescent, chronically ill, or disabled persons in their homes, assisting them towards self-care and encouraging participation in family life as able.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate.
- One year of work experience.
- Great vital taking skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. EST – 5:00 p.m. EST.
- Flexible, yet organized, with ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to relocate to Fairfax VA, 22031 before starting work.
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties of personal care for convalescent, chronically ill, or disabled persons in their homes.
- Assist individuals and families toward self-care.
- Help well family members carry their share of responsibilities.
- Encourage disabled members to participate in the life of the family, in so far as able.
