DRIVERS NEEDED - Live-In HHA
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate individuals to join their Assistive Care team as Home Health Aides (HHAs). This role offers a meaningful career where you can make a difference in the lives of others by helping them live their best lives at home. As a live-in HHA, you will provide one-on-one support to clients with activities of daily living, household tasks, and companion care. BAYADA emphasizes supporting their employees with training, flexibility, and a dedicated team to ensure a great employee experience. They are currently recruiting for HHAs to serve patients on a per-visit basis in Northern & Southern NJ, with premium pay and a sign-on bonus for drivers.
Requirements
- One year of verifiable work experience with a Healthcare Agency, or a non-healthcare Employer (if newly licensed).
- Completed a recognized HHA training course and hold an ACTIVE NJ HHA License.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
- Commitment to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
- Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Assist with range of motion/exercises.
- Assist with ambulation (transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
- Provide medication reminders.
- Remain in the client's home for each 24-hour period, as assigned by a clinical manager.
- Drive clients to and from appointments and activities.
