About The Position
Silver Lining In-Home Care is seeking to hire full- and part-time Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care services to clients in New Castle and Wilmington, DE. The company is client-driven with a mission to uplift communities, enable aging adults to live life to the fullest, and empower its Care Family. For individuals looking to start a career in healthcare, the company provides a free 2-week HHA Certification Course, which includes a free bag upon completion. Upon completing the first 500 hours of employment, the certificate will be released. The course also offers Behavioral Health Paraprofessional training to equip individuals with skills to care for those with behavioral and mental health needs.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States (sponsorship not provided)
- Criminal record check which meets hiring guidelines
- Physical and 2-Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
