About The Position
Silver Lining In-Home Care is looking to hire full- and part-time HHAs to provide in-home care services to clients in Kent County. The company is client-driven with a mission to lift up every community served, enable aging adults to live life to the fullest, and empower their Care Family in their purpose-driven work. They provide a 2-week HHA Certification Course which is free, with a free bag at the end. After the first 500 hours of employment, the certificate will be released. The course also offers Behavioral Health Paraprofessional training.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided)
- Criminal record check which meets hiring guidelines
- Physical and 2-Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
