About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to work as Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants, helping clients live safely and comfortably in their homes. No prior experience is required; training and certification are provided. The role includes flexible scheduling, with morning or afternoon shifts and short-hour or back-to-back shifts. Caregivers must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes and have reliable transportation. Pay is $20–$21 for certified HHA/CNA workers and $18–$20 for non-certified workers, plus mileage and travel pay. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered subject to requirements.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Own personal vehicle and reliable transportation.
• Home Health Aide certification or CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support clients' mobility and safe movement.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals.
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Respond appropriately in emergencies.
