About The Position
Freedom Caregivers is hiring Home Health Aids in Powell, Ohio. The role offers full-time and part-time options and is open to experienced caregivers as well as people new to caregiving. The company provides training, support, hands-on experience, and opportunities to grow in healthcare while caregivers help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Caregivers provide one-on-one care and companionship and assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence. The position requires reliable transportation, a valid Ohio driver’s license, current auto insurance, at least one year of caregiver experience, successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening, and the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds. HHA or STNA certification is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio driver’s license.
- Reliable and consistent transportation.
- Current proof of auto insurance.
- At least one year of previous experience as a caregiver.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- HHA or STNA certification is preferred but not required.
