Overnight Home Health Aide
About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide overnight assistance and support to a client in their home in Martinsville, Indiana. The ideal candidate is patient, trustworthy, and committed to helping clients maintain their comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night. The position offers an overnight schedule from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., with hourly pay of $16–$18. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k), and training and development. Requirements
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to pass applicable background checks.
- Current certifications as required for the position.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred, if required for the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, and hygiene as needed.
- Help with safe mobility, repositioning, and transfers as appropriate.
- Monitor the client's comfort and safety throughout the overnight shift.
- Provide companionship and reassurance.
- Assist with light housekeeping and other care-related tasks.
- Follow the client's care plan and report changes or concerns to the appropriate person.
