Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and routines.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Offer medication reminders and assistance with errands.
• Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures.
• Observe changes in a client's condition and communicate concerns.
• Help coordinate schedules and client services.
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and team members.
• Assist with documentation, records, and administrative tasks.
• Support phone calls, organization, and daily office operations.
• Help the team provide dependable, high-quality service.
