Requirements

• Wants a dependable, full-time career in caregiving.
• Is caring, reliable, patient, and respectful.
• Takes pride in showing up consistently for others.
• Has a valid driver's license.
• Has HHA or CNA certification-or is willing to complete free training with us.
• Understands that excellent care comes from both practical help and genuine human connection.

Responsibilities

• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Running errands and assisting with appointments or outings.
• Offering companionship, conversation, and reassurance.
• Noticing changes in a client's condition and sharing concerns with the appropriate team members.
• Creating a safe, calm, welcoming environment for clients in their homes.
