About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) for its ACSP Division to provide one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship services that help adults remain safe and independent at home. The position is for a female client in Muncy, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. A driver with their own vehicle is needed. Under a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the HHA helps clients with activities of daily living, household tasks, meals, exercises, mobility, and medication reminders. BAYADA offers training, clinical support, flexible scheduling, and a care team. Previous home health or patient care experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

Follow the written plan of care established by a registered nurse.
Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed-making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Deliver compassionate, reliable care that supports clients’ safety and independence at home.
Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
