About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate and committed individuals to join their personal care and companionship team as a Home Health Aide (HHA). This role involves providing meaningful work to help adults live their best lives at home. HHAs will support clients one-on-one with daily living activities, while BAYADA provides training, flexibility, and a supportive team environment. The position serves patients in specific counties within BAYADA’s ACSP Division.

Responsibilities

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Assist with range of motion/exercises.
• Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
• Provide medication reminders.
