Requirements

Prior experience caring for others (personal or professional) – a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients and families to understand their needs.
Follow and document care plans accurately.
Build trusting relationships through consistent, reliable care.
Bring comfort, companionship, and peace of mind to those you serve.
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Provide medication reminders.
Help with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home clean and comfortable.
Run grocery shopping errands and assist with meal preparation.
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Communicate effectively and document care to ensure clients feel safe, respected, and heard.
