About The Position
Guardian Angel is hiring compassionate caregivers to join their team in the Greater Boston areas. They are looking for individuals to provide essential support to seniors, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Opportunities are available for experienced individuals and those just starting out, including Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA). FREE Home Health Aide Training & Certification is available.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level
- Dependable transportation to reach client locations
- Willingness to follow health and safety standards
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and helping with errands
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
