About The Position
Interim HealthCare of the Carolinas is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a direct impact on clients and their families. Our HHAs provide care to medically fragile children and adults with disabilities, ensuring they receive the highest quality care in the place they feel most comfortable—their home. At Interim HealthCare of the Carolinas, we specialize in providing high-quality, individualized care in a home setting. As a home care nurse, you will enjoy a slower-paced environment where you can truly focus on your patient. As a Home Health Aide you will provide unskilled services tailored to each client’s needs, following individualized care plans all in a comfortable home environment.
Requirements
- Proof of training OR we can also train you if you do not have training)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
- Follow individualized plans of care
- Monitor patient condition and document progress
- Monitor for safety
- Communicate changes with clinical care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
