As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We are hiring for ALL SHIFTS! BASE PAY: $16.00 -$18.00 (Can vary depending on experience and case location) We have current job openings for in the following locations: Levittown Bensalem Langhorne Yardley Bristol Newtown Washington Crossing North East Philadelphia

Requirements

• Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency, Hospital or facility, OR a Nursing Student who has completed Clinical Rotations

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of daily living
• Assist with Light housekeeping
• Assist with Range of motion / exercises
• Assist with Transfers / Ambulation
• Assist with Medication reminders
