About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Home Health Aides to provide Private Duty In-Home Care in Cedar Springs, MI and surrounding areas. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one care, allowing for more time and connection with each client, in contrast to crowded facilities. The ideal candidate believes in honoring each individual’s preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs while providing compassionate care.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background

Responsibilities

• Assisting client with ADL's
• Transfers (Patient is able to pivot transfer)
• Positioning
• Bathing as needed
• Catheter care
• Going out with client to appointments as needed
• Light duty house work such as: changing of sheets, sweeping and mopping etc
