About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate, dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for a client with a traumatic brain injury in the Fremont area. This role focuses on one-on-one care, allowing more time for connection and providing better quality care. The position involves assisting and prompting with all ADLs, providing standby assistance for walking, and accompanying the client to appointments and errands.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care
• Build meaningful relationships
• Support daily living activities
• Bring comfort, compassion & dignity to your client
• Assistance and prompting with all ADLs
• Provide standby assistance at all times
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands & outings
