Requirements
- Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred (we provide training)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with essential AM and PM routines.
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry services.
- Ensure medication reminders are timely and effective.
- Assist with toileting and bathing, always prioritizing the dignity and comfort of our clients.
- Focus on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Foster companionship and connection for those you serve.
- Follow up with communication, documenting, and reporting any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
