About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a Full or Part-Time HHA/CNA to join their energetic and compassionate team in Lowell, MA. This onsite role focuses on building strong communication and relationships with clients while providing attentive care and creating personalized plans to enhance the well-being of seniors. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $19 to $21 per hour, with benefits including Medical, 401(k), Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Employee Discounts, Daily Pay, Wellness time, and a $250 Sign-on and Referral Bonus. - Maintain clear records of the care provided and any changes in clients' health.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm solutions and share insights.
- Create personalized plans to enhance the well-being of seniors.
