About The Position
BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) for its ACSP Division to serve patients in the listed counties. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the HHA provides personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The role involves one-on-one client care and building close relationships with clients. Training is provided, and previous home health or patient-care experience is welcome but not required. The posting lists several client schedules: a female client needs weekday coverage from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.; another female client needs Mondays from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; a female client needs every other Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and a male client needs 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, household support, and companion care according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
- Deliver care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
