About The Position

Home Health Works is looking for caring, dependable, and skilled Home Health Aides to join our growing team! Our caregivers play an essential role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. We are seeking individuals who take pride in the care they provide, communicate well, and genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of others. Excellent communication is essential to ensuring proper coordination of services and continuity of care for every client.

Requirements

• Current Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Assistant license
• Level II background screening
• Current CPR certification
• TB test completed within the past six months
• Current physical examination with a statement confirming free of communicable disease
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Current automobile insurance
• Own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Providing medication reminders within the caregiver’s permitted scope
• Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition
• Maintaining accurate care documentation
• Communicating regularly with the Home Health Works office team
• Following each client’s established plan of care
