About The Position

Guardian Angel is hiring Home Health Aides for clients in Lexington, Burlington, Bedford, Woburn, Arlington, Concord, and surrounding communities. A variety of clients and schedules are available, and candidates can share their availability to find opportunities that fit their schedules. The role involves providing one-on-one support to seniors in their homes so they can remain safe and independent. Work opportunities include full-time and part-time schedules, short and long shifts, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour block shifts, and day, evening, overnight, and weekend hours.

Requirements

• HHA certification.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Compassion and patience.
• Comfort providing personal care.
• Ability to work independently in a client's home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care based on each client's individual needs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship.
• Assist with errands and appointments.
• Help seniors remain safe and independent at home.
