About The Position
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Home Health Aides to support clients in their homes. The role involves assisting with personal care and daily activities, providing friendly companionship, helping maintain a tidy home, and observing and reporting when something seems wrong.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Availability between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- Reliable transportation to clients’ homes.
- Compassion, reliability, strong observation skills, and a sense of humor.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with personal care.
- Bilingual ability.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and meals.
- Provide friendly companionship and a listening ear.
- Help keep clients’ homes tidy.
- Observe clients and speak up if something seems wrong.
