Griswold Home Care in Venice is looking to hire a full-time Home Health Aide to provide elderly care and home companionship for our clients. This caregiver position earns a competitive wage of $19-$25 /hr. Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of home care experience would be a plus; caring for a loved one counts!
- Willing to train.
Responsibilities
- Help clients manage daily living tasks within their homes.
- Provide cheerful companionship.
- Assist with various responsibilities such as laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Provide non-medical care in a manner that preserves client dignity.
- Help clients bathe and maintain their personal hygiene.
- Provide caregiving services for clients who have dementia or cognitive impairments.
- Submit accurate documentation and keep the office updated on any changes to clients’ care.
