About The Position

Horizon Home Healthcare LLC is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality, in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role is ideal for compassionate and dependable caregivers who enjoy helping others and are passionate about caring for people and building meaningful relationships. The position is available in Montgomery County, Ohio, and surrounding areas, with flexible employment types including Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN.

Requirements

Current active Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license
Ohio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license - less than two years old
One year of verifiable experience within the last two years that is underneath the supervision of an RN.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to work independently while following a personalized care plan
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving or home health experience is preferred but not required
First aid certification is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and tolieting
Helps with safe transfers, ambulation and mobility
Prepares light meals and assists with feeding as necessary
Performs light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks related to the client's care
Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse and care team
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
