About The Position
Join our growing team as a Per Diem Home Health Aide (HHA) providing compassionate, one-on-one care to individuals in the community. This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while having the opportunity to pick up additional hours as they become available. As our client needs grow in the area, we will offer additional coverage opportunities in surrounding communities, including Brockton and nearby locations.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Accompany clients on community outings when needed
- Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
