Part Time Home Health Aide
About The Position
Join a growing team as a part-time Home Health Aide (HHA), providing compassionate, one-on-one care to individuals in the community. The position serves East Wareham, Wareham, and Onset, with additional coverage opportunities in surrounding communities, including Brockton, as client needs grow. The current schedule is Monday through Friday, with members seen in the morning. Shifts start around 8:30 or 9:00 a.m., for approximately 10–15 hours per week. The role may suit someone looking to supplement an existing schedule, with the potential to pick up additional hours as they become available.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
Nice To Haves
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is preferred.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Accompany clients on community outings when needed.
- Follow individualized care plans and document services provided.
